Community Impact

The Junior League of Cobb-Marietta has served as a transformational force in Cobb County for nearly 90 years, creating programs, services and organizations to meet the ever-changing needs of our community. From the founding of the Center for Children & Young Adults and the Cobb County Youth Museum to more recent projects such as Cobb County Safety Village and Cobb Diaper Day, the JLCM listens to the pulse of the community and responds with trained, passionate volunteers who are ready to make an instant and measurable impact. Through Community Projects and Done in a Day, JLCM members contribute more than 10,000 hours to the Cobb community each year. Partnering with organizations that reflect our mission of service to the children and families of Cobb County, the JLCM continues to be instrumental in identifying and meeting community needs through volunteer assistance and financial contributions.
